Standard support
For organisations that are considering or just starting to deploy a cloud platform in their environment. Standard support provides business-hours support for either a small base of machines with the entry-level option, or for an entire geographical site with the site option.
Advanced support
Advanced support provides 24x7 support for critical IT environments. The site option with advanced support gives you flexible support for an unlimited number of physical and virtual machines at a single site.
