Cloud support with Ubuntu Advantage gives you the assurance of being able to call cloud experts whenever you face a problem or have a question about your Ubuntu Cloud platform. Our cloud experts will not only resolve your current issue, but will offer guidance on the best way to prevent the issue from recurring.
We help you with the installation and configuration of Ubuntu Cloud Infrastructure or Ubuntu Cloud Guest, giving you the necessary support to build a robust platform for on-demand service requests. We also help you resolve issues that arise with its management and maintenance so that you can ensure maximum security on your cloud platform.
All cloud support includes access to the Canonical support web portal, live phone and online access to cloud support engineers, and free Ubuntu upgrades and security releases. Key benefits of these service features include:
Direct access – Speak directly to a support engineer with first-hand knowledge of how best to resolve your issue or log your support query online, giving you the flexibility to report queries in the most efficient manner for your business.
Real-time tracking – Track your issues online in real time through the online support portal. The support portal also allows you to add comments or attach more information at any time so you don't waste time explaining issues.
