Three Services, One Agreement

Canonical offers a range of engagement models to enable OEM and ODM partners to establish a rewarding business relationship quickly and easily. These partner models provide consistent, industry-standard commercial and legal terms and are designed to grow partner profits through Ubuntu market penetration and ubiquity. We have standardised our products into three simple models for OEMs and a single model for ODMs. These models all work under a simple master agreement and can be selected by product managers as needed with the reassurance of a worldwide development staff in multiple timezones, strong project management and a large local presence in Taiwan and China. These models should be easy to understand, valuable and scale to the level of reassurance and engineering quality that you need.
